These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our store. Your use of this website and any purchase made through it constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Products & Listings

We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) singles, sets, lots, and related collectibles. All products are described to the best of our ability, including card condition, set, edition, and language.

• Card conditions are assessed using standard TCG grading terminology (NM, LP, MP, HP, Damaged)
• Condition grading involves subjective assessment minor variation between graders is normal and not considered misrepresentation
• All photos shown in listings are of the actual card(s) being sold unless otherwise stated
• We do not sell counterfeit, proxy, or fake cards all cards are authentic Pokémon TCG products
• Prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until payment is received
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed item(s) at the stated price. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. We ship to domestic U.S. addresses only we do not currently offer international shipping. Tracking is provided for all shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason once an order has shipped. Full terms are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped. Eligible cancellations are refunded at 90% of the total order value a 10% deduction applies to cover payment processing fees. Orders placed using bots or automated purchasing tools are subject to a non-negotiable 20% cancellation fee. Any carrier return fees incurred due to a returned package will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Pokémon and all related names, characters, card art, and trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, and/or Creatures Inc. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or any of its affiliates.

All original content on this website including our store name, logos, product descriptions, and photographs is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our original content without express written permission.

User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including filing false chargebacks or misrepresenting your identity
• Attempt to manipulate prices, listings, or inventory through automated tools or bots
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users
• Submit false or misleading reviews, claims, or feedback

Violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension of your account and/or a permanent ban from our store.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions or other content on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
