Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your cards arrive safely and on time.
Card Packaging & Protection
We take card condition seriously. Every order is packed to ensure cards arrive exactly as described.
- All single cards are placed in a penny sleeve and top loader
- High-value cards ($20+) receive additional padded protection
- All packages include cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email for all shipments. Track your package using the number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of payment, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking number, verify your shipping address, and allow 3 additional business days before contacting us.
Damaged Packages
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging, card(s), and shipping label.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before an order has shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. For eligible cancellations, we reserve the right to issue refunds at 90% of the total order value as a 10% deduction to account for payment processing fees.
The use of bots or automated purchasing tools to place orders will result in a non-negotiable 20% fee applied to any cancellations or refunds associated with those orders.
Any fees incurred by us due to a returned package, such as carrier return fees, will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell, once an order has shipped it cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Address change requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
